Choosing an amp sundown, d4s, rf

Im running a single sa12v2 sub, my electrical is a 160amp alt and 2 odyssey batteries up front (2006 ram diesel)

I was set on a salt 2, but now having second thoughts If I should save money and get the jp23 or an older Rockford t2500bdcp. Anyone have experience with the jp23? It’s almost half the cost

My vote is for the RF 2500BDCP but only if its a BDCP because it will do more power at 2ohms than the SALT 2 and/or the JP23 will do at 1ohm, and at 1 ohm the 2500BDCP will do over 3000 wrms and over 4000 watts dynamically.

That’s kind of what I was leaning to as I’m already running a rf t400.4 so it will match up looks wise. I think I was more concerned on age. I’m not sure how old it is as it’s used but it is the bdcp amp

I wouldn't worry about age so much unless they are like 30 year old amps, my 4 Sundown SAZ-4500D amps are about 12-13 years old right now and they still work fine.
Williston Audio Labs has SMD Amp Dyno videos of the SALT 2k and JP23.
Meade916 has an Amp Dyno video of the 2500BDCP and it just puts the other 2 amps to shame.
