That's a good idea! I feel it's either the head unit, or the EQ because it's happening to both amplifiers. I'm leaning more towards the EQ considering it was only happening with the doors, now it's happening to both sub and 4 channel

thats a great idea, may try that before pulling the headunit back out again. thank you for your help! maybe ill be in the market for a new eq, do you happen to recommend any?

What eq are you using now? It doesn't say in your setup info

currently im using the Skar 7 band eq

I love my Audio Control Three.2, although it's more of an adjustable, in dash processor than a specific EQ. I freaking love it though. 

Zapco has some really nice EQ's, but you're going to pay for them. They're quite expensive. 

But, make sure that's the issue before you go and replace it. If you find it's not the head unit, go straight from the head unit to the amplifiers, or go from your phone straight to the amplifiers, bypassing the EQ.

Audio control seems like the way to go. i dont think ive heard a single bad thing about them. Hopefully im not in for an expensive fix, thanks again!
