Nodnarb Posted December 21, 2022 Report Posted December 21, 2022 Hi, I'm currently working on building a box for 2 skar ddx 12s. I have everything assembled except for the top where the double baffle is. I haven't attached or cut into that part just yet. Its 5 cubic feet tuned to 32hz. I changed my mind and would rather invert the subs instead. Would it be possible to do at this point without any negative affects or is would there be too much room in the box with the subs flipped? Thank you.
Joe X Posted December 25, 2022 Report Posted December 25, 2022 Reverse mounting helps with a tight box for the sub in question mainly, in a regular sized box will help very little, in any case reverse mounting won't break anything in most cases, the internal volume change is usually small.
