2 skar evl 12 D2 box project

New to the forum and site but was born with a bass mekaniks cassette in my hand.. tryin to tune somewhere low around 30+/- hz.. any ideas are appreciated.. it's goin in a 2 door Tahoe.. only amp selections I have that would even do any justice is my planet audio 3000D and  a 1500 watt skar 1500.1d..

So here is a suggestion, power: to sub(s) rated, amp subsonic filter to 28Hz, minimum port clearance 3 1/2", figure is just an assembly guide:

 

NOTE: you need a 3K RMS for those subs.
