Eddie.valdez_M Posted February 2 Report Share Posted February 2 Hey guys I'm new to car audio and my car's alternator is starting to give out but not sure what I should do next. I've added a 12-inch alpine r and Alpine amp also upgraded shallow subs in the doors that run around 4,260 watts all together. Also added jammers and radar but not sure if that added to the use. My stock alternator runs 220 amps and I have the dullest platnium battery running everything. I found an alternator that runs 400amp but needs the big 3 upgrades which I don't know what that is.
