My l7s blew after riding around all night for about 6 hrs strait at full tilt. They were a year old and handled so much abuse I guess it was just their time to go. The 08 models slap hard too. Tub Asko Posted July 24, 2008 Author Report Posted July 24, 2008 MY NEW PROJECT TRUCK! The previous owner didn't take care of it so there is some work that needs to be done to it. I already have a good grasp of the majority of the work I have to put into it, so you don't have to point out the obvious flaws. I know I have to reweld the frame and fix the a/c among other things. Extensive interior work needed (up to the 8 12s http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/public/style_emoticons/default/hairtrick.gif ) There is a lot of bad things about this truck but there are also a lot of good things about this truck. Considering my options are a company truck with power nothing and vinyl seats and no comforts vs. power everything, big engine, fully baged, and rims. There is a difference between starting from scratch and being 80% there.
