Yes they can get loud and yes they can sound good. It's all the install.

Yes walls are loud they cut your cabin by almost half easyer to get louder in a smaller space

If you are gonna wall it do 4 15's or 2 18's

That's a lot of air space for 2 15's

Walls by far are the loudest in my opinion. Cuts out alot of cabin to pressureize, forces all the sound pressure and sound to the front to the listeners and the meter, and your close to 1-3 ft from the wall not in a trunk or in the back. Its like putting your head to a speaker in a way lol. I would do subs on the side, port in the middle.
