96saturnsl Posted June 16, 2008 Report Share Posted June 16, 2008 ok, mycar alt is dead and it costs 540 bones to fix. so sense they have to pull the front axel to put it in im going to get a upgraded one. i need one that wont damage the cars cpu system and the stock one is 125amps and im putting either 2 15" Fi subs or one 18" in with around 1-2k watts rms running them. so my ? is what alt should i get that will support the stereo and the needs of the car? if someone could give me a price or somewhere to get one it would be appretiated. the car is a 2000 olds intrigue. thanks.
