Bypassing the speed governor is illegal. The best way to figure this out is to pick up a service manual for your car and see how yours is wired. Its kind of a liability issue. you need the gm tech2 which is over 2g's to buy and if you dont personally know someone that has one I doubt anyone will do it for you.
