01xtreme Posted June 22, 2008 Report Share Posted June 22, 2008 depending on what radio and how the room is set up you can change the cd. we used to pop the trim piece off, then the face plate would come off. it took a few minutes but we could get it. i got tired of doing that though and installed a pioneer with the ipod cable so i could just plug that in. corporate does not care what is played as long as it is edited. Our room has an alpine that has the hidden CD slot, and there are shitty plastic bars over the ratio to keep it from folding down, so there is no way to change the CD. The only hope would be to ask our head installer to pull off the bars and change the CD, since I am not authorized to change anything cause I am not MECP certified. lol. Besides, I got in an arguement with the head installer, so he really doesn't like me right now.
