I dont know if it will take the 4 volts and put out anything for example like 2 or if it will remain at the 4. This is the Crossover. benz280se Posted June 27, 2008 Report Posted June 27, 2008 Anyone, or will my preamp voltage remain at 4 volts to the amp? theoretically the crossover is suppossed to just tweak the frequencies, but almost every one iv'e seen has a bass boost which leads me to think that the voltage would increase a little but it gets "dirty" when you bass boost, at least, that's what i think i'm not a 100% sure though. one thing i do know is you should get a better crossover than the boss. none of thier products that iv'e used in the past was very accurate. and i have tried thier crossovers and...well they suck! i think you'd do better buying the mtx unit iv'e actually their c/o and they are pretty accurate. maybe someone else who knows voltage can tell you more
