E-Train
Okay, so I have no experience with building functional speaker boxes nor do I have many a equipment yet. I was just going to see if anyone could give me some box designs to kick around for 2 Kicker L7 15's, idk whether i should go with ported or sealed, i just want some deep ass bass, but my max dimensions are 33" deep, 38" wide, and 19" tall, so if anyone is feeling generous i'd appreciate the help, and i have no more money so please dont charge for box plans Quote 1997 4 Runner Alpine CDA-9886 4 Fi Audio X Series 12's 1 Crunch GP3000D Pro DC Power Inc. JeepSpl
I would look @ your local audio shop If you dont feel comfortable building a box. My friend Bought a bass pro box for two 12" L7s and that box hits deep and sounds great. It is made from 1 inch Mdf with Rhino liner on the outside. Just a thought Quote 1 15" Nighthade Sundown 1500D 3.4cubes @

Just a thought you may also try and find a box builder in your area. If money is tight and this is your first box, I would save some more and pay someone to build you a good box rather than you building it and risking it not be how you like and have to do it again. I don't know many people that made a great box on their first try. But if you are confident, the best way is to PLAN. and then run at it head first. planning is the key thing. hotshot27
Cabinet makers can build boxes, you just have to be very specific with your dimensions and exactly whatg you want. do you want subs up, back, and where is the port gonna be? slot aor aero port?
