pimpedout97x
any tips? for the most part its smooth, except the edges where the multiple baffles meet up. i dont want to see the 2 front baffles, i want it to be smooth all inside, so i put some bondo down. well its very hard to get in there with the sander and even harder to sand it by hand lol...so i got it best i could, then decided to try some bedliner (DupliColor) thinking it would hide some of the imperfections (vs using a normal flat black paint like i wanted) well in the dark it looks perfect. in the light it doesnt.. any ideas? i might just have to get a smaller sander, like one of those little "mouse" looking ones lol
hotshot27
do you have access to an air compressor? I don't know the technical term, but my shop buddies refer to it as a hand held belt sander. This is what one looks like, i'm sure it can be bought or rented for cheaper http://www.toolbarn.com/product/eagle/6115/ Current Setup: Factory HU with LOC mids/highs-Insignia components Sub- E8 in bass tube Amp- sae-1200d Show Setup: HU-Sony MEX-1HD (brings massive respect for sony) fronts - Infinity Kappa perfect comps rears- Infinity Kappa coax mid/high amp - Autotek 5600 Subs - 2 RE SE 15's Sub Amps - 2xSAE-1200D Box - 5cubes sealed Wire- Lots of Knu 1/0 SECOND SKIN
