ChiTownTBird312
i noticed on their website, every sub has an rms power rating, but what is the max wattage for all of them? i know these things can handle much more than the rms. EricM9104
the put rms on there as reccomended. just because steve can put 2x the rms on his btl's everyday doesn't mean some joe schmo on the street can do the same, hence why the btl's have no warranty. max watts doesn't mean much, it's for n00bs going for "ZOMG I GOTZ 4000 WATTS IN MY TRUNK BOIIII!" power handling is install dependent also. They dont show max ratings because they can be so drastically different in different applications. Not to mention max power has nothing to do with selecting a subwoofer. LOL....i know that the max wattage doesnt mean anything (and to extreme that it has nothing to do with picking a sub) im just curious as to whats the most wattag somebody has put on any of them without destroying them.
