The port is 5x4x21, so I've got 24 sqin of port, is that enough, or should I go 5x5x21 which would be around 30 sqin of port?

16*1.8=28.8... thats the max port area so 30 no, 24 yes

two 10" re audio sls would be great in that box... 3 inch mouting depth
