i recently wanted to take on a project with four btls but i work for minimum wage and space is a problem and im not tht experienced but im lookin for a challenge so im goin with four kicker l7's 15 inch subs i sold my previously owned boss amps got 600 for all 4 some of u know i drive a 2001 durango and the boxes im building will fit so not a problem and im thinkin bout runnin kicker amps but i dont know how my electrical will work out so any suggestions battery and alternator wise are needed and any other suggestions are welcome thanks

if you wanted btls, stick with it. I work 7.50 hr doing dishes at a cracker barrel but i'm doing 24 15s and a little over 10,000 watts :S..lol

just takes time.

i would love to stick with them but the box would be soo big i would have to get ride of my second and third row or wall off the car and i cant do tht at the moment cause im still paying on the car

oooo... while I was no help, mind you I was only trying to help :(.. lol

L7s are great subs, you won't be disappointed. As for electrical, big 3, new alt try EA or iraggi.. and for batts, try dc sounds or kentiks.

any clue on how many batteries and alt amperage more then one alt ?? and i appreciate the any kind of help im lost in the wodds when it starts comin to electrical

Since I assume your your going to be running 4-5kwrms your gonna need atleast a 200amp alt and atleast one d3100 (I would get two b/c I don't like voltage drop) and a MLA module wouldn't hurt.

edit: I would get a higher amperage alt if you can get one and you got the dough.

yeah im gonna be runnin 4000 wats rms and this might be a dumb questions but is there any way to take a t4000.1 and divide the power to four subs i know its one channel just wonderin

Yes, but make sure that you can wire it up and have the impedance correct.

Do you have the subs yet?

All four of the 15s need to be dual 2ohm voicecoils....Wire each sub in series and then parallel them together for a 1ohm load.

i have two of them there the 06 model and 2 ohm and i have manuals and diagrams etc to show how to wire wire everything where can i get a hold of a mla module does anyone know
