calvin_115
I'm currently trying to parallel two psus and the 12v rails together to power my amplifier. However, I am not sure if the psus will fight with each other trying to overpower or something. (one psu does 11.94v, the other does a 12.04v but are same psus) I really need to know so I don't fry my psus again. One psu right now is giving me enough power to get my amp to output around 300 watts rms which really isn't enough. Boon
I think it does something funky if you parallel them into the same device. From memory you need to put some diodes in-line to prevent the flow going wrong but that causes voltage drop Quote 10.x volts fo' life!
