Ok Help Is Now Needed

i got a 1993 chevy astro van i have the capabilities of putting 2 alts in. what i need to figure out is how to do my electrical. i have a xxv maxximus i want to run at 16v..... but i also will need to run 12v for starting the van the vans computers/electrical and i also will need it for some lights my radio some little accessories like eqs and also my mids and highs amp since i cant seem to get any 16v 4ch amps that i like. so what im thinking now is gettin dual alts 1 for 16 and one for 12 get 4 16v batteries and a like 2 12v batteries by powermasters ill prob do like the d2700 and the d100 for 16v ...

the other option i had was doing all 16v and using a 993 step down unit but i dont think that will be bale to hold every thing im gunna need to run....

We could do you a 1 wire 16V alt and a 1 wire 12V alt, that is how I have my Silverado set up currently. It is very simple, you just ground all the alts and bats like you normally would, and run the power cable from the 12V alt to the 12 volt bat, and from the 16V alt to the 16V bats. It is a piece of cake.

ya that be easy .. but its no the complexity im worried about its more so the amount of cash i i have to put out and the amount of power i can get..... i think 2 16v alts and all 16v batts with some step down would be a better choice wat you think ? I HATE TO SAY THIS buti can get 9 kinetikcs hc16vs pretty damn cheap but i hear bad things
