Krice420 Posted August 18, 2008 Report Posted August 18, 2008 hey guys i gotta quick question. building a wall for 2 btl 18'' fully loaded running off 2 sundown 3000s. my original draw up for my port made it 180sq inches tuned to 31hz. do you think this is to much port for so much power and if so should i changed it to diff dimensions and make it only 150sq tuned to 31hz? 2 18'' fi btls fully loaded 2 sundown saz 3000d 1 iraggi 200 amp alt 3 powermaster 3100d series batts 11.75 cuft wall after displacement tuned to 31.08 hz

Decaf Posted August 18, 2008 Report Posted August 18, 2008 port size is determined mostly buy box volume... so whats the volume... daily or competing edit* my bad its in sig... yeah if ur giving it 3000w in 6cubes u only need 150-180 tops... should be more musical with the 30 less sqin...
