Forevrbumpn Posted August 24, 2008 Report Posted August 24, 2008 I cant believe this storm wrapped around florida a 4th time? talk about global warming! dry as hell out west for past 3 years + all our water goes out east to the midwest and you guys I miss the rain Quote I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.
stereomayhem Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 We are still taking a beating here. We have had so much rain there is massive flooding all around town. The entrance to my neighborhood is about 3 foot deep, so we are parking at a friends about 3 bolcks away and walking home. My mom's basement has about 6" of water on the floor for about 4 days now. We are running 3 pumps around the clock an have already removed all the carpet and will probably have to redo all the sheetrock. This sucks! Quote www.stereomayhem.com
