chewie Posted August 20, 2008 Report Posted August 20, 2008 ok guys. as most of you know im gonna be building a walled off astro van. the system will consist of four fi audio btl 18s powered by two hifonics xxv goliath amps. (claimed 5000 watts rms @ 1 ohm.) heres the real question. with these amps i will have three optima redtops per amp and one 300 amp high output alternator per amp/batt setup. will this suffice. also each alternator will run directly to each bank of 3 batterys. hopefully this will be sufficient. this will be daily played on music 91 dodge colt gt.. 4 custom t600 15s audioque 3500d.1 tuned to 25 hz... stay tuned. blazer stroker 15 brutus bxi2006d terrible voltage drop 145.4@38HZ...
