Noobtastic14 Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 Use the Push/Pull tool to make your box walls .75" thick. I would do sub back/port back, then sub up/port back before doing sub back/port fwd -Drew Quote I am a United States Military Arts and Crafts Professional. Decaf Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 (edited) noop... not a good idea to have port and subs on opposite sides like that, could cause cancellation... unless the box has alot of clearance above it into the cabin and the port was facing the rear subs facing cabin do the seats fold down? id do sub back port back if they fold down Edited August 26, 2008 by decafcappucino Quote
Decaf Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 how is the bass goin to enter the cabin... looks like subs back port thru rear deck Quote
chevy454 Posted August 26, 2008 Author Report Posted August 26, 2008 how is the bass goin to enter the cabin... looks like subs back port thru rear deck how will i be able to do that? Quote
Decaf Posted August 26, 2008 Report Posted August 26, 2008 (edited) external port like aero ports.. some of the port in the box the rest flush with the rear deck where the rear speakers would be or make ur own holes... ill see if i can find some pics its even an impala... http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2004-11/874572/Img_0581.jpg either way theres no point in spending money on 3 15s to have it sealed off from the cabin.. would you put a boombox inside a carboard box and close it and expect it to sound the same?
