I want to run my 2 12's in the 149.9 class. They're way capable of 139.9 and that's where I probably should run, but I wanna be the first to do 149.9 with 2 12's in competition. I clamped my amp the other day and with my box rise I'm only getting 1900 watts to the pair of subs I have. 1900! If I were actually getting the potential that my amp has to offer I could do over a 150 with one amp on my 2 12's. Also if I were to add an amp per sub and another battery or two I think that I could do a 149.9, so I probably won't see you in my class after this year. It's my plan to have the car ready next year to bassrace in 149.9, but if not I'll more than likely step up to 139.9. I just ran 129.9 this year to avoid breaking my stuff, but I'm sick of not playing it to it's potential.
