Mrbubbles00482
Ok so my new alternator should be in this week (I think) and I'm going to upgrade the big 3 on my car (82 olds cutlass supreme brougham). I've got all my 0/1 leads soldered and ready to go when the alternator gets here. My problem is I have no clue where the engine block to ground wire is, or how to find it. Also, my battery is not grounded to the frame, it is grounded to the engine block to a bolt about 6 inches under my alternator. What I was wondering is, can I just run a new lead from the battery ground on the engine block to the frame? All help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
