Cut List: Top/Bottom 35x31 Left(port side) 30.25x16.5 Right 29.5x16.5 Front 28x16.5 Back 35x16.5 Port L1 16-7/8x16.5 Add some 2x4 bracing from top to bottom between the subs(middle of box) on the front and back(inside), then put 1 2x4 from front to back on top and bottom and screw them to the other 2x4s. It will punch harder and sound cleaner than a ported box. If you still want ported your going to need a bigger box, mainly wider. Is there any way to get 41" wide?? If so I can make ported work.
