The plug looks right, the only thing that I'd wonder about is either your case is much smaller, or the pulley on the alt is much bigger. JustinT Posted October 10, 2008 Report Share Posted October 10, 2008 I think the pulley on my alt it larger because there is more room between the nut and the outer wall off the pulley assuming that the size of the nuts are the same. If that was the case, would I just have to tighten my belt tensioner? These are smaller than my factory alternators pulley too, but only by a little.
