JustinT Posted October 10, 2008 Report Posted October 10, 2008 I think the pulley on my alt it larger because there is more room between the nut and the outer wall off the pulley assuming that the size of the nuts are the same. If that was the case, would I just have to tighten my belt tensioner? tejcurrent Posted October 11, 2008 Author Report Posted October 11, 2008 Well you could get a larger pulley (idler or the one on the front of the alt could probably be changed if need be). These are smaller than my factory alternators pulley too, but only by a little. I'll be posting pics any minute, sorry it took so long I'm working way too much lol. tejcurrent XS Power T3
