I observed this thread from the beginning.

And from the first time I read it, I was able to do about this 100 pushups.

If you believe it or not. Ok, I must say they are made quick and not 100%

like the guy shows it (bc I have trouble with my joints after my accident).

But I could do about 50 of these EASY and about 80 of these with little pain.

And that without working out 5 or more days a week.

All I do since 1.5 years is spending LOUSY 60 seconds maybe a day

for my fitness. Unbelievable how strong you can get through this!

Thats nothing for building up muscle mass, but it gives you the

power for the daily needs.

So my "exercises" are 50 pushups every 2 days, and 10 pullups every

two days. All to do within under a minute! Between that, when watching

movies, I push me up in my chair and hold me with legs in 90 degree angle

(what I do with pullups also) for about 40 seconds.

This will strengthen your sixpack (but it will not blow it up so that the girls go crazy ;) )

I think EVERYBODY can do this. But its free and its fun. No need for expensive

memberships in fitness clubs, no need for expensive exercise machines.

Even holding your woofers with straight arms is a good training,

and we all have woofers lol...

I started all that bymyself after reducing almost 40 pounds 2 years ago.

Just by starting to "eat smart" what saved me medicaments, and lots of money

for food and beverages.

Its all on you, do something. Just a little portion of disciplin is needed.

I am not an "Arnold", and never will be, but I consider me as more fit

than most others around me! HONESTLY!
