Was port up and sub up the loudest on the meter? Can you post any numbers up vs back etc? I know it's asking a lot...just curious. I did one 18" forward with port forward and sealed it off from the trunk. Last time I metered it was on a different voice coil at dual 2 ohms and about 1700 watts. Did 147.1 at 47 hz. Since then I am now running dual 1's at 2400ish watts. Should be a little louder. I am also trying to break 150. I am convinced forward firing out of the trunk will go over 150 with enough power, but I don't have that kind of power right now or the electrical support. I am willing to rebuild to get the free gain, but it's a real bitch to gut the trunk and rebuild sub up and port up if there is no gain...ya know what I mean? thks Kreepn Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Equipment used 2 DD3512e dual 4 at 1 ohm Audiopipe AP30001D SILVER clamped 2450 watts AVG For headrest metering : Sub forward port forword last meter 146db center dash metering : sub forward port forward 148db pass side corner window DB Drag style: Sub up port up last meter 149.6 / Sub up port to drivers side last meter 149.9 Sub up port to drivers side has slight increase but harder to work with and get to fit and fire correcctly to reduce output loss. The key to all these configurations is having your enclosure slid to the absolute rear of your vehicle. I Have blown a woofer since trying my last configuration and sold off old equipment. Trying to find some more power and SPL oriented woofers. Stay tuned I just may be back! My front window is shattered right now but once it's replaced look for me to turn it up! Any suggestions on the best glass makers what type to ask for? Video to come soon.
