Yes I'm sure I pulled the right line from the throttle body, it was the line coming from the filter. I drained it by dropping the gas tank, and I only put about 3 gallons into it. Could it be the fuel pump relay by anychance? I'll trying putting more gas in it tomorrow and trying that technique if that doesn't work I'll replace the fuel line.

i know with my cavalier back in the day, it would click click click but wouldn't turn, and i put a new alternator in and it worked after that, have you checked the alternator?
I'm stumped...I changed the battery, starter, fluids, and spark plugs and it will not crank. It just rolls over and over trying to start. I can hear the fuel pump so I know it's running. What else do I need to check?

i think he means its turning over.

but yea my fuel pump still made noise but was only holding like 21 psii think it needs to be near 40

I don't understand how the fuel pump can be pushing the gas all the way out the filter but not to the throttle body? I guess I can go ahead and replace it though.

Edit***Now i see your post I guess it's not putting out enough pressure, I'll go ahead and replace the pump then
