Is it possible to do two 4 channels or just find something bigger? I've pretty much figured out subs/amps in that aspect, but not mids/highs. Help? '03 Ford Explorer XLT 24s Dem 24s? I run my 4ch at 8ohm per ch and it gets plenty loud Designing, building, and shipping boxes. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. raytard Posted October 15, 2008 Report Share Posted October 15, 2008 if you get something like beyma supertweeters, you can run 4 off two channels since they are 8 ohm, and alot of people trying to get loud figure a way to get an 8 or 10 inch mid driver in there, just to move more air and get more volume. More speakers almost always means louder, so see if you can add a set of speakers in your car, maybe use something like q-logic kick panel enclosures. Sexyhex Posted October 15, 2008 Author Report Share Posted October 15, 2008 I've been looking at a lot of vehicles and the setups in them, and I really like the look of putting a custom mid/tweeter pod next to my oh shit handles right by the windshields, but I'm assuming that's getting into fiberglassing.
