Guest Powered By Hate Posted October 18, 2008 Report Posted October 18, 2008 You know.. like the kind rockstars use for their amps and stuff on stage. They make RCA's in single strands.. anyone ever used them before or saw a test using that brand of wire for car audio?
Neel Posted October 19, 2008 Report Posted October 19, 2008 do you have a model that you were interested in using? in car stereo you usually want to use RCAs that are pretty well shielded to keep out any unwanted noise.. however i have used very very cheap and crappy rca's before and had no noise issues, alot depends on install. The reason i paid alot for my RCA's was just for the fact that i did not have to worry about them being a weak link in my system, ive had noise in my stereo from RCA's before and i didnt want to deal with that again. Too Much Stuff to list .
Forevrbumpn Posted October 19, 2008 Report Posted October 19, 2008 Belden is usually pretty good wire shielded would be nice I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.

Was just checking to see if anyones tried it and there was a difference. I only glanced at a magazine and spoke about it to a local rock shop owner.. he said alot of companies buy wire from Belden.. =[
