I think you need to make the box a little bigger. With the dimensions you have now your box will be right at 5 cubic feet.

Those sub will probably like 6 cubes or more...

If you build it, db's will come...

NSPL World Record Holder Trunk 0-1800 watts---147.9 with 1722 clamped watts @ 40Hz(9-20-09).

Competition Only Record Holder Trunk 0-500 watts---148.1

6.5 is reccomended, but you can always go a little more or less

your port will likely take up a cubic foot or two depending on tuning, so plan on going a bit bigger

if you end up with less than 6.5, and a smaller than usual port, u get a "safer" box, where the output is decreased, but the subs can handle more power and are harder to bottom out, but overall they arent as loud and quality suffers a bit

going too large, it gets louder, and probably lower, but its much easier to do damage to the subs

you need more than 6.5 cubes, the speaker and port will eat up some of that box space

some... try alot haha, mine went from over 6ft^3 externally to 4ft^3 after the port and sub...

ima say use the max dimensions you can

'98 Dodge Durango 5.9L

5% front windows, 2.5% on all backs

Alpine CDA-9883

Kicker ZX350.4

Kicker KS650's in all doors
