say you have an 2 channel amp that puts out 100 watts rms @ 4 ohm per channel and you hook up it up like this would each speaker get 100 watts? I know its messy

no...it says it puts out 100 watts per channel....that means that @ 4 ohms the max that is going to come out of any channel at all is 100 watts...u have those speakers wired at a final load of 4 ohms per channel...so each speaker will see 25 watts...

if this is only an example then that is all i will say...but if you're really running this much power to speakers, get a more powerful amp bud...almost all aftermarket speakers will take more than that
