stratusrt01
I want to put a nice voltage gauge in the truck, but I'm having trouble finding one that will read up to 18.5 or so where my truck charges. All of the ones I've seen either have needles that stop at 17V, and the digital ones flash OverVoltage without a decent reading. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm tired of having a DMM wired into the truck all the time to monitor my voltage, and would like a nice gauge.
00sdime00
I am using the Autometer G2 full sweep voltmeters in my truck and they go up to 18V. IIRC most of the Autometer voltmeters are rated up to 18v with the exception of the cobalt digital line....which is up to 19v. http://autometer.com/cat_gaugedetail.aspx?...ch&gid=2566 hope this helps. stratusrt01
I found a SPEK gauge on Jegs that'll do 20V, but it's $189.99, that's a lot for a damn voltage gauge.
TechSys
My blue Stinger meter reads up to 19.9 volts. Only bad things it doesn't like cold weather and doesn't display.
