i have two 12" solo x's.  they are the dual 2 ohm model and i was going to wire each sub down to 1 ohm and put a t30001bd on each. so that i'd have two amps at 1 ohm a piece.  a buddy of mine that uses the t30001's said that it'd be better to just get 1 amp and wire them all together at .5 ohm.  what should i do?

id do what the buddy was saying too,  a t3k on each solo X about 3600 average daily isnt gonna last long on them subs

yea accord i figured that it would destroy the subs soon enough, but will that amp survive at .5 daily guys?

Personally I wouldn't do it...You see alot of guys/pro's that do it but that's because they know what they're doing...They got the electrical to back it up.

I'd do two T2000.1s

If your comparing two of the T3000.1

Two @ 1ohm would get a lot louder.
