Guest KyleCannon Posted November 7, 2008 Report Posted November 7, 2008 Hey everyone, I was wondering if I run the BTL under Parallel to reach 1ohm load with the 2ohm voice coils with a T1500-1bd would do its justice? I know i'm not gonna get the full effect of the BTL because it wants 2k+ but would it do a heck of a lot better than a 12" Type-X Alpine with a P1000-1bd? Question being, is it worth doing the switch and fully going on on the options on the BTL or sticking with the Type-X? I guess another good question is, how much of a difference would it be pushing a T2000-1bd vs a T1500-1bd? Thanks Everyone!

Especially if you're gonna bang that baby hard, i've always loved the fan cooled RF amps. Price difference isn't much between the T2 and T1.5 anyways... The T20001 love sucking power, which in turn makes more power.
