i find oversized sigs annoying as well, glad to see them being regulated. will there be any enforcement with font size? i find one line of 48 font just as annoying as a huge picture, or 20 lines of small font.

update im tired of pming people to change thier sig and them not listening. If i delete your sig for now on it means it was to long and you need to shorten it. if it goes back up the same way it was when i deleted it i'll be handing out 3 day vacations.
