A 1 ohm load is gonna be harder on your electrical because its allowing more current to flow to your subs rather then resisting it. and if more current is flowing to the subs your amps have to pull it from your electrical which makes it hard on your alternator to keep producin it. so a 1 ohm load is harder on your electrical.

2500w @ 1 ohm will draw exactly the same current from your electrical as 2500w @ 2 ohms IF the amps had 100% efficiency.

Power in x efficiency = power out

Most amps are quite a bit more efficient at 2 ohms than 1 ohm but a 2500w @ 2 ohms amp is going to draw almost as much current as a 2500w @ 1 ohm amp. Difference in efficiency might be 5-10% depending on the amps so you're maybe talking 300A for the 2500 @ 2 amp and 330A for the 2500w @ 1 amp.
