Whats nice about this piece is that it has an adjustable pot under the cover, so nomatter where in the vehicle as long as you have a quality DMM you can adjust this volt meter via the pot with the DMM so it functions perfect were ever you want to mount it. It does come from the factory pretty damn close to accurate,so really no need to adjust it but its there incase you need too.
