I just registered after surfing the forums a couple days ago. Not a pro at sounds so this site is great to find tips of the trade....Mahaloz!

Just as I was taking notes, I spotted this SOTM and didn't know long time buddy Phil is a heavy hitter on the world wide web hehehe. I know first hand that his workmanship is top notch and always looking for better designs. Phils new project is by far more than I imagine! Now stuck on the ninth island of Vegas, I have to admit that he is pulling tricks out of his sleeves that could go up against some mainland cars.

I give mad props to all the nominees on your A+ builds! My reason for my vote is plain and simple. A daily driver but a weekend competitor. Getting the best of both worlds. Because any automotive hobby is expensive in Hawaii, most rides got dual purpose (go to work and go to play). Phil definitely has built that and built it right (minus the chrome rims j/k).

Last time I was home (Hawaii), I seen Phils second or third box (to much to count) that held a single 10" shake the shiz out of his Matrix. I can only imagine what those recent videos are like in person now.!

vote up fellas. i didn't even think it would be this close. especially with a good mixture of totally different cars. the funny thing about mine is i built it at work. i'm a mechanic and my boss is cool. lol, a lot of the shelf space at the garage is wood tools.

it's a vented box, pete help me design this enclosure. but i'm goin to change it all over again after 2 month. all subwoofer and port firing forward.
