You've definatly narrowed my decision down to either FI or DC I too was in the same boat as you. I was torn between fi,re,and treo.then i talked to a guy that competes and had all them subs and was now running rd and said and had proof by changing from 2 hifonics goliath amps and 2 fi 12s to 2 rd5750s and 2 heavyweight 12s gained 2.5dbs. ..just by switching amps and subs. no other changes.i know of more than just that person that that same increase has been gained by doing the same switch.So i went with 4 hw 15s and they KNOCK.Steve at rd has always given me good service and advice.Im not saying fi or any of the other stuff isnt good,because anything on this level of subs/amps is and can be good IMO if just installed right.But this is just my experience so i figured id share it with you.Hope this helps.
