Mounting Upside Down

This is probably a dumb question, but how does one go about mounting a sub that faces down by themselves?

I had this problem in my last two builds and I just wanted tips or cool ways to do this easier. (Let's assume there's only room for one person)

Let's use my tunnel for example. Mounting the top subs without damaging anything.

Electric drill with magnetic bits is pretty much critical.

One option would be a car jack and some 4x2s... depends how big your subs are and how much they weigh...
