Electrical For 1200 Rms

I'm starting a build and I plan on running 1200 watts. So far I plan on adding a 220 amp alt., an optima battery under the hood, and the Big 3. Will this be enough to run 1200 watts? The build is for my regular cab ranger so I really have no space for batteries in the back, but if it's necessary I could figure something out
