I am putting a 2/3 drop on my Tahoe. It has huge back shocks. Its 2WD, with towing package. The new shocks are alot smaller. Is it going to be a problem.

The kit is a ground force 9917. Torsion keys, with rear springs

it shouldnt be a problem... if you use stock shocks that are bigger and meant to be longer, you ride will be still as hell. that why they give you new ones to give it a smoother ride while still rolling low.

I have not heard of anybody going more than 5 inches in the back, so that is probably pretty close to max

That kit will work but it doesnt come with shocks or sway bar spacer, you will need shocks to keep the springs from falling out when truck is jacked up, I got my ground force kit on jegs, for about 450.00. That is about a 100.00 less than any other place I found. Truck actually rides smoother with the drop on it. It is the Ground Force 9917 Kit.
