LOC  is a line out converter or a speaker wire to rca converter, I would use a jl cleansweep or the RF 360

Oh ok. I'm not used to the acronyms that y'all use on this site :poster_oops:

LOC is the cheaper route. I dont know if he knows how to do all the EQin on the 360. but i realize the loc wouldnt sound AS good as using the processors.

How hard could EQin the 360 be? Or any LOC for that matter?

360.2: you EQ through a windows mobile pocket pc or a PALM pilot via bluetooth. I dont know if you know any crossover slopes or points. or how exactly u want to set it up, assumming you are doing it yourself

LOC: EQ'd through HU(head unit). whatever sound quaility your headunit can produce is what you'll get. no eq really involved.

it wont sound nearly as good if youre using loc with spliced component speaker imo i think you should go with a processor unless that acura cl has a stock subwoofer then loc would be a pretty good route. imho i think you should get a cleansweep or 360
