No iam talking about using a resistor for the first time you put power to it so it doesn't just get it all the power all at once and at it takes it slowly idk just wondering because I've read things here and there and heard stuff but idk. guess iam wrong

#1 caps suck, get a rear battery

#2 a capacitor is a high current device, whats it matter if it gets all those electrons at once, thats what a capacitor does, rapidly absorbs and releases electrons, no reason to stick a resistor or lightbulb in the way of it doing its job....unless you have like a showcar and dont want a little arc mark on your terminal from when you hooked it up

monster/rockford/kicker/stinger cables, pioneer source, jbl highs/amps, kinetik/shuriken batts, iraggi alt, dei security, dc subs(atleast for now)

deppends..if you want to be able to run your system while the car is off then you will want a yellow top, but if you will only be listening to your system while the car is running then you can run a red or a blue or a yellow.

A red top and a blue top are both starter batteries and if you run them below 10.5v then you cause irreparable damage to them and they will never be able to be fully charged again. Run them below 10.5v more than 15 times and the battery is dead.

On the other hand a yellow top is a deep cycle battery and it can be drained and recharged and drained again many times before it starts to be damaged, thats what they are built for.

I run a red top because it has the fastest charge and discharge rate of any optima battery, but if i were to run a secondary battery to the back then it would be a yellow top.
