Texas Tech Posted February 9, 2007 Report Posted February 9, 2007 so you can use a router or create a double baffle and just make the diameter of the circle cut outs different lengths. The one on bottom a smaller diameter in length, and the top piece of the baffle a longer length. Baylor University Accounting
ChevyBoy Posted February 9, 2007 Report Posted February 9, 2007 the first baffle (which the sub/s is/are mounted to) would be the actual mounting diameter (cutout) of the sub. the "flush" baffle would be about 1/4 bigger than the diameter of the sub.

Mistake #1 mistake #2 using a dremel to get the hole bigger.(i have no idea what i should of used but it went up in smoke.) Mistake #3 putting the subs in before i found a good place for the amps. ahhh
