Texas Tech Posted February 9, 2007 Report Share Posted February 9, 2007 so you can use a router or create a double baffle and just make the diameter of the circle cut outs different lengths. ChevyBoy Posted February 9, 2007 Report Share Posted February 9, 2007 the first baffle (which the sub/s is/are mounted to) would be the actual mounting diameter (cutout) of the sub. the "flush" baffle would be about 1/4 bigger than the diameter of the sub. baseballer1100 Posted February 9, 2007 Author Report Share Posted February 9, 2007 I made the choice of making that flush mount 18.5 inches. Mistake #1 mistake #2 using a dremel to get the hole bigger.(i have no idea what i should of used but it went up in smoke.)
