buildup turned out really well....i liked the looks of the enclosure...i wish you were closer, or vice-versa...i'd love to hang aroudn and learn some of your methods...:(

Grab you a piece of paper or posterboard and cut it to the edges of the wood and where the 2x4 was marked at.

Now flip it to the other side and trace the position of the 2x4.

Should be a perfect image of the other side.

Drill 2 pilot holes so you can secure the 2x4 from underneath and your good to go.

This will allow you to cut the center of the ring out, remove the 2 screws from underneath and it will lift out.

He uses the SEM, and I think he used either the Quick set 4050, or 4020. Downside is you have to buy a 1:1 static mixing gun to apply it (runs abour $100).
