jonn_jonn Posted July 20, 2007 Report Share Posted July 20, 2007 Grab you a piece of paper or posterboard and cut it to the edges of the wood and where the 2x4 was marked at. Now flip it to the other side and trace the position of the 2x4. Should be a perfect image of the other side. Drill 2 pilot holes so you can secure the 2x4 from underneath and your good to go. This will allow you to cut the center of the ring out, remove the 2 screws from underneath and it will lift out. dats idea is mad nice good work!! its lookin maddddddd nice right now Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Downside is you have to buy a 1:1 static mixing gun to apply it (runs abour $100).
