See i didn't know that now tomorrow i will go and try to tune it right. Do some reading up about gain and clipping and you'll quickly realise exactly what you were doing wrong, and why it's perceived as 'thrashing' your gear. Guest Posted January 23, 2009 Report Share Posted January 23, 2009 So My amp is @ 2 Ohms, when i set it the DMM i should be reading @ 70.71 Volts and then i guess i will have my Gain set right? put your DMM to read AC Volts, stick the + and - leads onto the speaker outputs, and tune the gain to 70.71 volts yep. make sure to have all your EQ's and bassboost's flat/off like the instructions say.
