tahoexfixssd Posted January 25, 2009 Report Share Posted January 25, 2009 alrite i went to take out the handle assembly and inner door today and realized it was hardeer than i thought. i was wondering if anyone here can give me any tips or advice at all on getting the damn handle outta there. its lookin like i have to take the glass out... B Slaps Posted January 25, 2009 Report Share Posted January 25, 2009 alrite i went to take out the handle assembly and inner door today and realized it was hardeer than i thought. i was wondering if anyone here can give me any tips or advice at all on getting the damn handle outta there. its lookin like i have to take the glass out... handle assembly???? there should be a hole in the door skin on the inside to put a socket on an extension to get to the 10mm bolt that is on the inside of the door also there is another bolt on the door jam part of the door right behind the outside skin. this is easy to change. im getting ready to shave my whole tahoe out due to a recent theft of some of my equipment. if you want a precut sheet metal assembly for shaving doors/ gas tank door/ mirrors. you can find it under sheetmetal section on www.fbimini.com Quote I Rock 4 Doors 4 More Whores!
